1. Seller must provide Identity card/passport/work permit at the point of transaction.

2. Seller must be 18 years of age.

3. Seller must be the owner of the item, and the item is not stolen or found.

4. The device is not counterfeit and does not contain non-original parts.

5. The device is not locked with Password, iCloud, Apple ID or Google ID.

6. The device is not under instalment scheme such as Grab, Atome, Rely and SPH subscription.

7. The final offer is subjected to further assessment and Buyer reserve the rights to reject the item if it is not as describe.

8. Protective glass or accessories removed for inspection will not be reinstalled.
